For optimum performance of your product, we offer seven-day day a week service support through our local Allight branches and authorised service dealers. Our qualified technicians offer complete support through fully equipped and accredited workshop facilities together with full on-site service, commissioning and installation support.
Engine & Generator Overhaul
Our service centres offer total engine, lighting tower, dewatering pump and generator set overhauls, from basic top end work to total rebuilds if the condition of the equipment requires it. Our specialised service technicians use state-of-the-art test equipment and facilities to carry out overhauls to the highest possible standard.
Preventive Maintenance & Service Agreements
Our Allight service departments also offer a range of preventive maintenance and service options to suit your equipment and applications. You can choose a general preventive maintenance schedule for a 3, 6 or 12 month period, or have an individual schedule customised to suit your exact requirements.
Extended Service Contracts
For added peace of mind, you can purchase an Extended Service Contract with your Perkins product. The Extended Service Contract covers replacement costs and labour for major equipment components, including engines, electronic governing systems, radiator, fuel tank, engine control panel main control boards, alternator main components and bearings, AVR and enclosures.
